This Public Offer (hereinafter referred to as the "Offer") is an official proposal by SaasCore to enter into a service agreement on the terms set forth below.
The Contractor undertakes to provide the Customer with access to the SaaS platform for the development and management of software projects, and the Customer undertakes to pay for the services in accordance with the selected tariff plan.
The services are provided on a "as is" basis. The Contractor reserves the right to make changes to the functionality of the platform, tariff plans, and these terms with prior notice to Customers.
Payment for services is made on a subscription basis. The amount and frequency of payments are determined by the selected tariff plan. Funds are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the Refund Policy.
The Contractor's liability is limited to the amount paid by the Customer for the services during the last billing period. The Contractor is not liable for indirect damages or lost profits.
