Refund Policy

1. When Refunds Are Issued

We offer a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase if you are not satisfied with the service. Refund requests must be submitted via email.

2. When Refunds Are Not Issued

• After 14 days from the initial purchase date
• For subsequent subscription renewals
• If the service has been used in violation of the terms of service
• For partial billing periods (unused time is not refunded)

3. How to Request a Refund

Send a refund request to hello@saascore.com with your account email and reason for the request. We will process the refund within 10 business days.

4. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in permanent account suspension. Please reach out first — we are happy to resolve any issues.
